Service Overview
Services are provided in a home environment with limited availability. All daycare and boarding options require booking in advance, and acceptance of new clients is subject to an assessment.
· Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
· Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
· Standard Drop-off Window:
Daily Between 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM
No Daycare Drop-off after 8:30 AM
Boarding afternoon Drop-off between 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM
· Standard Pick-up Window:
Mon - Thurs: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Fridays: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM
No Pick-up outisde this window without prior arrangement

Rules & Policies
To ensure a safe and harmonious environment for all our furry guests, we kindly ask owners to adhere to the following policies.
- Small to medium dogs only (max 18kg & 50cm).
- All guests must be social and non-aggressive towards other dogs and humans.
- Flea and tick prevention must be administered prior to arrival.
- Comply with fixed check-in and check-out times that apply for daycare and boarding.
- All dogs must wear a collar or harness with an identity tag.
- Leash Policy: Dogs are walked off-leash in park/nature areas unless the owner specifically requests leashed walks.
- Medication can be administered during daycare or boarding if clear instructions and medicines are provided.
- Daycare dogs must eat breakfast at home prior to drop-off.
- Meals are not included in standard daycare or boarding rates.
- Owners must supply sufficient food for stays during meal times. If food is not supplied, a meal fee will be added to the invoice.

Comforts of Home
Pack your dog's favorite bed or blanket to help them settle in quickly. Familiar scents provide comfort in a new environment, especially with longer stays.
Health & Safety
Treatments & Medication
Please ensure all vaccinations and tick-and-flea treatments are up to date before their stay. Pack all medication with clear instructions of when and how it must be administered.
Nutrition
Dietary Needs
Provide enough food for your dog's entire stay, portioned if possible. Don't forget their favorite treats and any necessary supplements. Please order in advance if you want us to provide the meals. Remember to inform us of dietary restrictions or food allergies.
