Standard daycare hours are weekdays: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am - 6:00 & 7:30 am - 5:30 pm on Fridays.
Any Drop-off or Pick-up outside the Standard daycare hours must be arranged in advance and will be subject to availability.

Pick-up time is between 3:30 pm - 6:00 pm. Fridays 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm. Earlier/later pick-ups must be arranged in advance.

Meals are not included in our STANDARD BOARDING rates. Owner must provide enough food for the duration of the stay.
Special meals can be prepared on request. If owner provides the ingredients, no additional cost.
All our fun activities are included. Our free activities include; walks in nature or park (Value R120 per walk), one on one play & cuddle time in a safe secure home, weekend outings to the beach or nature area with the family.

Boarding is charged on day/night bases (24 hour cycle). Drop-off/Pick-up before 8:30am or after 2:00pm.
When drop-off & pick-up times exceeds a 24 hour cycle we add a partial rate for the extra time.

Rules
We offer a unique specialised service for small & medium-size dogs with the freedom and comforts of a true home environment. If your furchild is a bit bigger but has a gentle nature and very good social boundaries you are welcome to contact me. The happiness & safety of my doggy clients come first and in order to keep the peace & harmony acceptance of all new clients will be subject to an assessment.
Unfortunately no puppies, or dogs with poor social boundaries will be accepted for daycare or boarding. My main focus is to create a safe happy space for all the doggies attending our unique personal home environment.
Please see the chart below to see if your furchild will meet our size requirements. Size & age limits are to ensure the comfort and safety of all the doggies enjoying free access to the home & garden environment.

Drop-offs must be done before 8:30am. This is allowing early morning walks, especially summer or hot days. You need to arrange in advance if you cannot do drop-off before this time. On very hot Summer days I might request an earlier drop-off to fit in a walk.
All dogs must wear a collar or harness with an identity tag when they make use of our services.
All dogs attending must be on a regular tick/flea treatment program. If tick(s)/flea(s) are present the owner will be invoiced for treatment cost, payable immediately.
We are happy to administer any medication they might need during daycare hours or when they are boarding. Please provide the medicine plus clear instructions.
Daycare dogs must have breakfast at home before they are dropped off. If the dogs are with us at meal times (extended hours or boarding), or if they need to be fed something during the day, the owner must to provide sufficient food for all the meals.
